1. Meeting Pre-registration Fees (includes Sunday evening reception, coffee/ refreshment breaks, Tuesday luncheon , Wednesday dinner aboard the Intrepid Museum, and conference proceedings in both hard copy and CD ROM formats)

*Includes coffee/refreshment breaks,   luncheon, and proceedings. 
Note: To qualify for the reduced rate, students must present a letter from their college verifying full-time attendance.

All forms must be received with payment in full prior to June 1, 1998, to be eligible for the reduced rate. Registrations received after this date will be considered "on-site". No confirmations will be sent.

To receive a refund, any changes and/or cancellations must be received in writing no later than July 31, 1998. No telephone registrations or cancellations will be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
