If excerpts from copyrighted works are included, you should obtain written permission from their copyright owners if necessary, and in any event show credit for the sources in your contribution. Copyright in photographs rests with the photographer unless it has been assigned in writing.

If it is appropriate, your employer may sign this agreement, and in any event your employer may reserve the right to use your material internally or for promotion purposes only by indicating it at the foot of this sheet.

If you are a US government employee and this contribution to the Work was written in that capacity this agreement applies only to the extent allowable by US law.

If this contribution was prepared jointly, the author who signs this agreement confirms that all co-authors agree to the terms stated here, and have given authority for the agreement to be signed on their behalf.
